Pros: 1. Located in near pondok indah area, it is really easy to stroll around pondok indah and go on and off PIM 2. The room is clean and spacious, I love how they divided the closet room and the sleeping room in superior deluxe 3. Good facilities in the hotel such as spas, swimming pools, gym 4. The staff are really nice and helpful 5. The breafast is tasty, not much of a choice but still tastes great! Cons: 1. The restaurant and lobby are pretty small, so it's easily packed. You better get breakfast early when peak season to get a seat 2. Because the lobby and reception are small, it took times to check in or out, but there's not much place to sit down while waiting. Lastly, this is not a pros and cons but more of a hotel policy for safety deposit approximately around 300K . You will get it back shortly after checking out.

Menu sarapan sangat standar begitu jg rasanya, anak diatas 3 tahun tambah 100 ribu, staff kurang tegas ada yg bayar ada yg engga lewat aja karena mereka menolak, cek review lagi ya guys, banyak hotel daerah pondok indah selain ini

90年代應該是個不錯的酒店，緊鄰南雅加達一個富人區，上高速路也較方便，適合打車或者開車出行。但是酒店房間設施老化嚴重，淋浴🚿慘不忍睹，紙巾盒皮質老舊皸裂，完全不想使用…不會再住第二次。

최악에 호텔 입니다 방음이 되지않아 도로의 차소리 특히 오토바이의 굉음은 사람을 힘들게 하며 노이로제가 걸릴거 같았습니다 넝수 시끄러워 견디다 못해 브론트에 가서 방을 바꿔 줄것을요청했지만 묵살 당했습니다 60평생에 최악에 호텐

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis untuk Anda yang ingin menghabiskan waktu dengan berbagai kemudahan, hanya beberapa menit berkendara dari pusat perbelanjaan terkenal Pondok Indah Mall. Staf hotel juga sangat membantu dalam hal kenyamanan menginap, receptionist bekerja dg sangat cepat dan housekeeping memberikan pelayanan terbaik. Saya menyarankan untuk menggunakan layanan hotel Swissbel jika sedang melakukan perjalanan di Jakarta.

The hotel is a bit aged. Closest shopping mall and restaurant is about 10 mins car ride but not within walking distance. Breakfast has good variety.
